Some servers require that CGI script have a .pl extension.
Try renaming newspro.cgi and viewnews.cgi to newspro.pl and
viewnews.pl. Do NOT rename nsettings.cgi -- it's not actually
a CGI script, but it must always have a .cgi
extension.
Triple-check that you've CHMODded newspro.cgi as
described in the installation instructions. If you're on a Windows
NT server, you may need to ask your system administrator to set
permissions on newspro.cgi so that it can be run.
Failing
these options, speak to your web host.
