GotApex? decided to do an article on tech support of several major online vendors. Looking at the article you can see that not only is it subjective, but also fundamentally flawed. A big graph of response time is great and all if you called each company describing the same problem. This, however, is doubtful considering that the companies chosen offered varying products and services. At best it's a generalization of what you might expect from a company, and even that's a stretch.
