Intel has released Pentium 4 Processors with the Northwood Chip.

(Thanks to the guys at HardOCP for pointing this out.)

The 2.0ghz Chip runs around $480 US and it's 2.2ghz counter-part is around $680 US.

I'm sure these will be sold out in no time (*grin*).

On a completely unrelated note. The 1.67ghz Athlon which will debut around $340 bux or less. Offers better performance in almost all areas then the Pentium 4 chip. (In case you have been living in a cave.)
